Matthew Foran, President

Matthew (Matt), the son of the Ron Foran, is the third generation to join the company. As resident, Matt is focused on new and replacement roof construction business development, operations and management of the Company. With close to 15 years of service department management, Foran’s client satisfaction is # 1 priority for both new customers and our expansive existing client base. Matt sits on the H & S Committee as Co-chairperson.

Ron Foran, Vice President

Ron began with the company in 1967 and still today enjoys a passion for the roofing industry. He leads the company with professional achievement, continually building solid client partnerships and motivating both our field and management professionals. Ron sits on the Board Of Directors of the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association (OIRCA) and in 2015 took on the role of President of the association.

Bruce Kostecki, Controller

Bruce joined the Foran’s team three years ago as Controller.  He has a background of 25 years of construction and manufacturing accounting and office management.  Bruce professionally manages all of our accounting, financial and office management functions and is well respected by our vendors, banks, accountants and lawyers.  In his spare time Bruce enjoys his interest in classic cars.

Susan Gemma, Head Service Adminstrator

Since Susan joined Foran’s Roofing 4 years ago, she has provided administrative support to various departments within the company. Currently, Susan primarily provides administrative support to the Service Manager. As Head Service Administrator, Susan is also tasked with the responsibility of maintaining major corporate Client accounts, dealing directly with facility Managers and Supervisors to insure 100% satisfaction with all aspects of the business relationship. Susan has welcomed a key role within our organization by maintaining the position Co-chairperson on the Joint Health & Safety Committee during the past 3 years.

Janet Collis, Assistant Service Administrator

Hired initially on contract for customer information data entry into our new program DataForma at the end of 2012, Janet became a permanent member of the staff in May 2013. Janet assists in the ever evolving Service Department and among her main responsibilities include Client Portal administration. The Dataforma Client Portal is a web based service information system first brought to Ontario by Foran’s Roofing. Janet has undergone extensive training to insure that REAL TIME service information continues to be supplied to our Clients, 24/7!

From the Roofing Production Foreman, Service and Maintenance Mechanics, Supervisors to our Fleet and Equipment Mechanic – all our staff work together in harmony to accomplish the company goal of superior customer service and workmanship.
