The Production Department’s new construction and re-roof crews’ territory stretches from Ottawa to Windsor, and Lake Ontario to North Bay.
Our Service and Maintenance Department is backed by a 25-year track record providing proactive maintenance and reactive leak repairs. Our service crews specialize in leak detection/suppression on a 24/7 basis. Our clients are provided with real time online work order access through our web portal, where they can review photos and completed work orders uploaded from the job site.
Foran’s Roofing has been a quality Carlisle Authorized Applicator since 1989, having installed more than ten million square feet of Carlisle-Syntec roofing membrane since that time.
Foran’s Roofing have also been recognized with Carlisle’s prestigious E.S.P. (Excellence in Single Ply) being one of only a very few contractors from across Canada to do so.
Traditional methods of replacing and resurfacing can produce a lot of waste products. Foran’s Roofing installs Soprema membrane systems that extend or surpass the useful lifespan of traditional roofing materials and that are consistent with a sustainable resurfacing plan. The insulation and substrates used in the 20-year design are an ideal foundation for multiple recovers over the next 20-100 years.
Installing membranes in successive layers over time for repairs extends the life of the roof to nearly 100 years. It also reduces renovation costs and the project’s overall environmental impact because very little waste is created.
Post consumer recycling, the recycling of roof membranes at the end of their useful life, is an opportunity to divert construction debris from the waste stream.
The Sika Sarnafil Roof Recycling Program seeks to create a cost neutral pricing arrangement to keep waste — perhaps mountains of used roofing vinyl — from overburdened landfills. The recycling program relies on proven vinyl recycling technologies and conserves valuable natural resources
