All GRMs include:
- Inspection of entire roof and roof features
- Preventive repairs to deficiencies that may cause leaks from changing temperatures (ie. sealants)
- Clear entire roof top, drains and strainers of debris that can cause back-ups, freezing and leaks
- Inspect for visible deficiencies to any roof top equipment
- 360 degree ground-level walk-around of the building, check for exterior signs of roof leakage
- Detailed report with photos on condition of roof and work completed (Great for insurance purposes!)
